Notice Title

Independent Learning and Evaluation of the Effectiveness of the UK's Support to Climate Vulnerable Country Negotiating Groups in International Climate Negotiations

Notice Description

The UK has supported developing country negotiators in international climate negotiations since 2012. Deliverables include: - Understanding the effectiveness of the UK's long-term support (2011-2022) to climate vulnerable country negotiators in achieving a fairer, more inclusive negotiations process that enables the meaningful participation of climate vulnerable country negotiators; - Understanding the effectiveness of the design and delivery of CASA phase two (from 2022-2025) against its intended outputs and outcomes, as the UK's current technical assistance programme for climate vulnerable country negotiating groups; and - Informing the evolution of CASA and thinking on the future of the UK's support to climate vulnerable country negotiating groups.
