To provide Dry Out Services during incidents of major flood or water leakage. The contract deliverables for the entire term are: *supply of dehumidifiers. *supply of desiccant sets. *carry out moisture tests. *offer flood and fire damaged services. *offer building sanitisation, microbial treatments, deep cleans and carpet treatments. *provide hire of air movers. *provide delivery and collection services. *provide emptying checking services of de-humidifiers. Services are generally required during normal hours, but there may be occasion where an out of hours service is required. Example jobs would include: *Seasonal flooding (rainfall) / surface water flooding *Flooding following fire at adjacent property *Bursts on supply pipework (including in block of flats)
