Health Education England are putting out this notice as a PIN (Prior Information Notice) with a view to completing a Direct Award to Mark Allen Group The case for direct award can be found on the tender portal. HEE is seeking a provider to develop and produce a high quality, innovative and informative multi-professional advanced practice/consultant publication delivered with factual accuracy and authenticity Having tested the market for delivering this type of activity, HEE considers that it is highly unlikely any other supplier will be able to provide the expertise and ability to deliver a highly respected advanced practice journal. The Mark Allen Group has: * a proven track record in delivering high quality, profitable journals; * respected in the field; * expertise in connecting with specialist health care professionals, providing critical information in a way which will meet quality expectations and command the confidence of sector stakeholders; * over 100 magazine and journals published every year, 39 specialising in healthcare; * knowledge and experience in publishing advanced practice content through the series of curated articles referenced above; * a reputation for editorial independence and excellence; * has existing infrastructure, including standards, quality assurance and assessment procedures to deliver the advanced practice journal, which could be scaled appropriately to meet demand; * access to the data intelligence, contacts and networks essential to successfully delivering the required work which could not be readily accessed by other suppliers (as the previous publisher of advanced practice articles).https://health-family-contract-search.secure.force.com/?SearchType=Projects All communications should be made via the messaging function on the Health Family eTendering portal.
