The successful provider will subject the LPS to external scrutiny over this period, while also working with Fellfoot Forward project staff to help them integrate the monitoring of project outputs and outcomes into their project management system. The Council has confirmed NLHF (National Lottery Heritage Fund) funding to enable delivery of this Project.
