Notice Description

Contract for surveying, design and installation of Property Flood Resilience (PFR) measures to a number of domestic properties that are at serious risk of flooding. Properties are located in Shifnal and Westbury with individual properties also located across Shropshire. This project is funded by Flood Defence Grant in Aid, Regional Flood and Coastal Committee Local Levy which are provided by central government and administered by the Environment Agency. Shropshire Council's Flood and Water Management team are also contributing financially to the scheme. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
