BTH477 Election Services for BTHFT. An Independent Scrutineer and Election Provider is required to provide a full election service and act as the Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust's Independent Scrutineer and Returning Officer. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
