Notice Description

The SUPPLIER shall provide a technical team to deliver the beta soft start for (2 sprints) 4 weeks. With the remaining team members, joining in Sprint 3 -growing to total a team to 14. The full team will work for (12 sprints)24 weeks to pilot MVP launch. Once the exact scope of the release beta becomes clear (probably by July 2018), DIT will require the same team to deliver the release beta for a period of (5 sprints) 13 weeks. The SUPPLIER's beta team will be co-located with DIT digital and policy teams at the CUSTOMER'S office. This is to enable knowledge sharing and help develop a better MVP. The CUSTOMER requires The SUPPLIER's beta team to install all beta forms and use analytics to work out how users fill them in and discover pain points Investigate how multiple users will work together on a complaint or questionnaire 'This contract award was not published at the time of award. It has been published for transparency purposes to provide a record of existing departmental contracts.'
