Notice Description

Direct Award under Lot 2: Provision of Display Energy Certificates for the ESPO framework 343-17 'Energy Performance of Buildings'. The provision of the County Council's DECs normally follows a 7-year schedule in line with regulatory requirements, from the DEC with Advisory Report (AR) in the first year followed by DEC renewals in years 2 to 7, the process then repeats itself. The period 2021 to 2024 is mostly DEC renewals only with ARs mainly falling in the year 2022 to 2023. The assessment covers the provision of 250 site DEC renewals only.
