Across the Midlands Engine Region - to develop and test innovative interventions that seek to mitigate and reduce sickness levels and the impact of reduced productivity for business due to employee absence, or employees working with mental health conditions without appropriate support, reduce the numbers of employees who leave employment due to mental illness, and support an increase in employee mental wellbeing.
