Notice Title

Market Engagement Workshop for Domiciliary Care and Live-In Care Providers

Notice Description

TRANSFORMING THE FUTURE: RICHMOND DOMICILIARY CARE. We have recently embarked on an ambitious programme of work to transform the future of homecare in Richmond. We believe the changes we are implementing will enable us to support residents within the community and ensure that those who need care continue to receive the help and support they need. We wish to work with the market and key partners to build on the current homecare service by creating a new contractual platform from which to commission domiciliary care. The platform will include live in care services to allow us to procure this from the market in the future if required. Commissioners will be holding an online market engagement workshop for providers to work together to build on the principles of domiciliary care services within Richmond. The online workshop will aim to build on the commissioning approach in partnership with providers that meets the needs of our growing population, serves residents requirements around equality strands and supports quality community services within Richmond. This workshop will allow providers to input into our initial ideas on delivery models and mechanisms. It will form the basis of setting out the commissioning and procurement strategy and the creation of the procurement documentation. Following the workshop providers who attended will be sent an online questionnaire to complete to provide more detailed feedback regarding some of the themes discussed during the workshop. The workshop is open to any domiciliary care and live-in care providers. The workshop will be held on 26th July 2021 from 10:00am -11:30pm. The workshop will be hosted via Microsoft teams. To participate, you must express your interest to attend by submitting the name of your organisation and delegate names with email addresses via www.delta-esourcing.com. Providers should register via Delta eSourcing using Access Code: 43PTA328TB. Please note that attendance is limited to two people from each organisation. Providers must register their interest no later than 12:00pm noon 23rd July 2021.
