000817 Training and Facilitation Framework
Notice Description
The British Library is currently tendering for a Training and Facilitation Framework to help deliver learning to Library staff by allowing the British Library the flexibility to develop training offerings as the need arises within the organisation over the duration of the contract; we will not be covering every area identified, but want to leave ourselves with options to respond to changing needs. Depending on the topic, we may be looking for: - Training design and delivery (courses to be designed by the supplier and then run by the supplier on our own premises, north and south). - Training design only (design of courses that we will run ourselves, or which are delivered by some method other than face-to-face). In addition we want to appoint Suppliers who can supply occasional trainers for: - Training delivery only (where we have short-term need for more training capacity than we can resource internally, we may occasionally need an external trainer to run one of our internal courses). - Facilitation (planning and running specific, typically one-off, interventions such as team building, team development, conflict resolution or delivering one-to-one coaching). We have identified five content lots and are looking to identify Service Providers with demonstrated capability to deliver cost-effective, highly engaging and challenging content. Service Providers may bid for one or multiple lots Lot 1 - Management Effectiveness Lot 2 - Personal Effectiveness Lot 3 - Mental health, stress and resilience Lot 4 - Diversity Lot 5 - Training delivery only and facilitation A number of courses will be required for early development.
