The Service Provider will be responsible for ensuring safe, high quality, non-discriminatory services appropriate to the diverse needs of the Borough. The service needs to work in collaboration with the Council and the wider Health, Care and Community sector to utilise the assets available in Hillingdon to support individuals to live well within their communities.
