2017 - 583 Voluntary Right to Buy Valuations

Notice Description

WM Housing Group is seeking to procure the services of suitably experienced organisations to undertake valuations of its tenanted properties for the purposes of the VRTB. We are setting up a framework agreement of a minimum of 4 organisations to provide property valuation to tenants wishing to purchase their home through the VRTB. Under the rules of the scheme we need to provide tenants with access to approved organisations qualified to carry out such valuations in accordance with RICS best practice. Payment of each valuation will be met by WM Housing Group. This tender exercise will determine at least 4 organisations to make up a framework of suppliers from which each tenant applying will chose 1 supplier from the framework to complete the valuation on their home. If you wish to express an interest in this project please ENSURE YOU ARE REGISTERED AND LOGGED INTO OUR PORTAL. The 'Express Interest' button will only appear on the Tender Management page if you are logged in. Applicants are advised to ensure that they do not base their submission on discussions with any other member of WM Housing Group Staff. If you require any clarification on matters contained within the Tender Documents, you must do so via Correspondence of the WMHG E-Tendering portal. Failure to observe this requirement may result in your bid being eliminated. Please note that in the case of tender clarifications where appropriate, answers will be circulated to all tenderers.
