The procurement documents are available for unrestricted and full direct access, free of charge, at https://defra-family.force.com/s/Welcome Any questions, requests to participate or tender submissions must be submitted electronically via this portal. Enforcement training forms an important and high-profile part of the Environment Agency's (EA) responsibility to enforce laws across England that protect the environment and prosecute offenders. The EA uses its enforcement powers to secure compliance, but also to investigate and collect evidence lawfully that may be used in subsequent prosecution. It wants to stop illegal activity occurring or continuing, redress environmental harm or damage, bring illegal activity under regulatory control (and so in compliance with the law), prosecute and punish offenders, and deter future offending. The framework will be divided into the following lots: * Lot 1: Core Investigative Skills * Lot 2: Covert Investigations and Surveillance * Lot 3: Intelligence * Lot 4: Dealing with Hostile Situations * Lot 5: Conflict Handling and Resolution * Lot 6: Financial and Fraud Investigations
