Provision of an outreach service that will deliver interventions around substance misuse to reduce harm and associated risky behaviours for 16-25-year-olds. It will also increase the proportion of young people/adults misusing drugs who require access to substance misuse treatment and recovery support, and earlier interventions for young offenders to divert them away from the criminal justice system, particularly prison.
