Phase 1 - AI Garage (Optional): Evaluates four AI vendors in a structured event to demonstrate practical delivery, validate capability, and shortlist suppliers for the POC stage. Phase 2 - Proof of Concepts (Optional): Provides advisory and assurance support for one to four 90-day POCs funded by GCA to manage setup, governance, and early course corrections. (Note: OSP does not run the POCs day-to-day; delivery remains the responsibility of the selected supplier and the GCA team).
