Description: Liverpool City Council is undertaking preliminary market engagement to inform the development of the proposed Healthy Schools and Early Years Programme. The programme will provide a structured whole setting approach that supports the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of students, teachers, staff and parents. The programme is intended to provide coordinated and free, comprehensive and accessible health and wellbeing offer that will be responsive to new and emerging needs. It will support both settings and providers to increase access, choice and reduce duplication and will ensure that the local offer is based on the best possible evidence. Summary: Liverpool City Council is developing a citywide Healthy Schools and Early Years Programme, covering schools, early years settings and alternative provision settings in Liverpool. The service will provide a coordinated, free and accessible health and wellbeing offer supporting the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of pupils, children, teachers, staff and parents. It will help settings and providers identify local needs, improve outcomes, increase access and choice, and reduce duplication. The intended approach is to bring together and maximise existing provision rather than replace or duplicate services. This is a community health service, covering coordination, partnership working, system leadership, prevention and early intervention across a whole-setting model. The procurement is categorised as services and is intended to support a coherent local offer responsive to emerging needs.

Lift Refurbishment and Replacements - Keel Court, Green Dragon Court, Fairlead House and Bordeaux House

Description: TRG have a requirement Lift Replacement and/or Refurbishment. The tender will cover 4 lots. The lot structure will be as follows: * Lot 1 - Keel Court, 11 Newport Avenuen, E14 2DT (Refurbishment) * Lot 2 - Green Dragon Yard, Old Montague Street, E1 5NJ (Replacement) * Lot 3 - Fairlead House, Cassilis Road, E14 9LB (Replacement) * Lot 4 - Bordeaux House, 1 Luxembourg Mews, E15 1SD (Refurbishment) Bidders can bid for any combination of lots but should note that all four sites will need to commence as soon as possible after award and run concurrently, therefore any Bidder that wins more than one Lot will need to demonstrate that they have the capacity to deliver at multiple sites at the same time.

Structural works at Samuda estate underground carpark (Phase 2)

T Level Media Equipment

Design, Build and Delivery of Invest Liverpool City Region Real Estate Exhibition Stands

Description: Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA), through Invest Liverpool City Region (ILCR), is seeking to appoint experienced exhibition design and build partners to design, construct and manage Liverpool City Region's exhibition stands at MIPIM and UKREiiF for 2027 - 2029.
