The Council is seeking a provider that can deliver a service that will proactively lead on: o Community engagement, and co-production o Developing, facilitating, and building capacity around Partnership Boards o Supporting and facilitating customer experience activities o Providing administrative support to minute and facilitate these discussions. The service will empower people accessing services to voice their options, shape and influence said services and to provide feedback directly to members. This service will align with Thurrock's overarching Integrated Care Strategy, A Case for Further Change's vision for the health and care system built on the concept and principles of Human Learning Systems.
