Description: Thames Freeport is establishing a procurement Framework for the delivery of skills training programmes in the Thames Freeport region, specifically in the boroughs of Barking and Dagenham, Havering and Thurrock. The procurement will appoint a pool of approved training providers to a framework, with call-off contracts placed for specific programmes.
