NOTE: This notice was updated on 03 September 2021 for the following reason: No tender submissions received, this contract was not awarded.(Arts Council England require an experienced Capital evaluation consultant to provide expert advice and support to Arts Council and a number of capital projects receiving local cultural infrastructure investment as announced in the Governments' Spring Budget in March 2021. The consultant will support each projects in the development of an evaluation framework including creating a Theory of Change and establishing a baseline from which impact can be measured. The consultant will also support Arts Council in developing an impact assessment framework for the capital projects and produce evaluation guidance for Arts Council on future capital investment programmes and projects.)
