The final date and time for the submission of bids is Friday 4th August 2017 at 14:00 Note : Please disregard any content in this notice that requests your organisation "to apply directly to the buyer" as this unfortunately a system generated error, that is outside of the Contracting Authorities control . All tender information must be submitted through the CCS eSourcing Portal. Item Description - ERIS Optical Components - Quantity: 12 This specification describes the work to be carried out and the deliverable items to be supplied by the supplier of the optical components for the ERIS-NIX camera. The scope of work covers the manufacture, testing, packaging and acceptance of the optical components as defined below. The supplier shall be responsible for all engineering and management activities necessary to execute the work, including (but not limited to): * Management of the project * Supply of all deliverable items * Procurement of all raw material (with the exception of IRG2 material) * Manufacturing of the optical components * Coating of the optical surfaces * Testing of the optical components * Packaging and delivery to the UKATC of the optical components * Delivery to the UKATC of the required documentation The manufacturer shall provide one finished part of each optical component as listed below: * ERIS-NIX WINDOW * ERIS-NIX CAM 1 LENS 1 * ERIS-NIX CAM 1 LENS 2 * ERIS-NIX CAM 1 LENS 3 * ERIS-NIX CAM 2 LENS 1 * ERIS-NIX CAM 2 LENS 2 * ERIS-NIX CAM 2 LENS 3 * ERIS-NIX CAM 3 LENS 1 * ERIS-NIX CAM 3 LENS 2 * ERIS-NIX CAM 3 LENS 3 * ERIS-NIX PUPIL IMAGER LENS 1 * ERIS-NIX PUPIL IMAGER LENS 2 The full detailed specification can be found in the attached RE17282 - ERIS Optical Components - ITQ Invitation to Quote document.
