Description: The Council is looking to procure Event Noise Monitoring Services. This service will be carried out by qualified and experienced noise consultants at Scarborough open Air Theatre. Noise monitoring is a mandatory planning and premises licence condition for amplified music events at the venue and is required to ensure events are delivered in a manner that prevents public nuisance and protects nearby noise sensitive receptors. The appointed Noise Consultant shall provide a comprehensive, end to end noise monitoring and management service for all qualifying events held at Scarborough open Air Theatre.
