Notice Description

The purpose of this Invitation to Tender is to establish the options available to upgrade and augment the current Trinity House CCTV system in Harwich, it will also look at options to extend this system to the Swansea and St Just depots. Trinity House would like the supplier to identify whether the current hardware we have is suitable and fit-for-purpose or whether it requires replacing. This needs to be taken into consideration alongside the requirement for additional cameras as part of this tender, including the potential for scaling-up in the future. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The estimated value of this requirement is between 100K - 140K. Please note any submissions must be received no later than 5pm (GMT) on Wednesday 18th November 2020.
