Notice Description
An innovative catering company is sought to operate the Regent's Boathouse Cafe in The Regent's Park, London. This 5-year fully commercial concession contract will commence in November 2021. The appointed caterer will be required to fit out the cafe to a high standard. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The estimated value of this procurement is PS2.7m total turnover over the 5-year contract period.
