Accommodation Based Housing Related Support Service
Notice Description
Bracknell Forest Council is seeking to appoint a Provider that can deliver a specialist accommodation based housing related support service in Bracknell borough. We will require the successful bidder to provide approximately 75 units of self-contained accommodation. This service will be for 18 to 25 year olds in the borough with eligible support needs, at risk of homelessness, and/or Care Leavers. See also "Additional text" below. Additional information: It is expected that the contract will begin September 2017 and be for a maximum period of five years, four years plus one year (4+1), subject to performance and funding. Estimated contract value between PS2m and PS2.5m depending on the number of years. This procurement process is being completed under the "Light Touch Regime", governing "Social and Other Specific Services" detailed in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The evaluation will be staged, details of which are included in the procurement documents. Full details of the tender are available on South East Business Portal.
