Liverpool City Council are seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and competent providers to provide a Supervised Contact Family Time Service for children, young people and their families who are subject to Liverpool City Council social care intervention. Liverpool City Council is obliged under the Children Act 1989 to allow reasonable contact for Children who are Looked After with their parents and wider family members. Contact may be a legal direction and be specified by the court.
