City of York Council is seeking specialist input to prepare a Carbon Reduction, Renewable Energy and Sustainable Design and Construction Supplementary Planning Document (SPD). This SPD will articulate expectations and guidance as to how to achieve or demonstrate the Local Plan's policy requirements. It will provide a consistent framework against which Officers and applicants can refer.
