Notice Title

Automated DNA size selection system

Notice Description

The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency has a Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) core facility which is increasingly tasked with sequencing projects that require tight size selection of input nucleic acids and during library construction. Therefore, we require an automated DNA size selection system that allows both fragment selection within specified ranges (e.g. for adapter dimer removal) and high-pass size selection (e.g. for long-read sequencing). This system should be able to process a minimum of 5 samples per run. The NGS core facility is based at the National Institute of Biological Standards and Control.
