Notice Description
Stage 1 pre-construction services (PCSA) contract of Budoch Court to Cosmur Construction (London) Limited for the sum of PS166,772.32 (One hundred and sixty six thousand, seven hundred and seventy two pounds 32 pence) excluding VAT. The PCSA is to develop and undertake a scheme to the requisite RIBA 4 stage level and range of detail, in particular design and costs, in order to conclude the agreement and enter into a formal and final Design & Build contract for delivery of the main scheme of 20 new affordable homes at Budoch Court.
