Hertsmere Borough Council is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to design and refurbish the play area at Composers Park including :- * Toddler area providing an interesting assortment of appropriate equipment surrounded by railings. * Perimeter active and engaging equipment for older children, such as a cableway, swings and trail. * Sports Provision through upgrading existing facilities. * Linking path from main park entrance to provide accessibility
