Grounds Maintenance Contract
Description: The Council is seeking suitably experienced and competent contractors to provide grounds maintenance services in accordance with the Council's specification. The principal services required are: * Grass cutting and trimming of urban grass verges; * Trimming and pruning of hedges, verges, trees and shrubs; * Rights of way clearance; * Cemetery maintenance; * May Balfour Gardens maintenance; and * Bin clearance. Additional services may occasionally be required, including: * Trimming and pruning of hedges, verges, trees and shrubs not forming part of the regular scheme; and * Siding out of overgrown footways or other Rights of Way not forming part of the regular scheme.
