Click here to access the opportunity:https://procontract.due-north.com/Advert?advertId=20547b95-6ead-ef11-8132-005056b64545&p=165b8425-f57e-e511-80f3-000c29c9ba21 Eastlight is inviting tenders for a 4-year JCT Measured Term Contract, divided into two Lots: Lot 1: Servicing, maintenance, and repairs for sewage treatment plants, cesspits, and pump stations across 50 sites. This includes quarterly servicing, waste disposal, and emergency response. Estimated annual value: PS90K with an RPI-linked uplift of up to 5%. Lot 2: Responsive out-of-hours service for external drainage issues, including blocked drains, CCTV surveys, and repairs across Eastlight's properties. Estimated annual value: PS300K with an RPI-linked uplift of up to 5%. Key requirements include a 24/7 call-out service, compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, and detailed reporting. Contractors must liaise with residents where applicable and provide condition reports. Details to arrange site visits and assess works are provided in the Invitation to Tender (ITT).
