The Contract primarily involves providing rewires and ancillary electrical services, mainly in unoccupied properties within the Oswestry, Bridgnorth and Shrewsbury areas. For clarity, this is primarily a Rewires contract, with ancillary electrical services being required on an ad hoc basis, where STAR Housing internal resource is unable to meet capacity.
