We are looking for one partner or a consortium of partners who will manage the centralisation of the policy training programme and its governance. To centralise the programme management and governance of the Policy Training Programme (PTP) and administer the learning management system design and coordination. To update British Council's Policy Training Programme from a regional offer to a global offer. Additional information: Suppliers who wish to express an interest and take part in the tender process will be required to register on our e-Tendering portal In-Tend hosted at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/britishcouncil/aspx/Home. Once registered, bidders must log-in to the website where they can view the project and access the bidders pack and submit their return. Bidders will also be required to demonstrate their capability and 'means of proof' will be required. These conditions are outlined in the RFP.
