Maidstone Borough Council (MBC) is undertaking the conversion of an existing redundant agricultural building at its Vinters Park Crematorium site to a cafe & florists' facility along with the extension of the cloister and refurbishment and modernisation of the patio / pool area. These 3 projects are being let as a single package of work. Key Dates & Timeline for Procurement Tender release: 9th of August 2024 Expression of Interest Deadline: 12:00pm 30th of August 2024 Deadline for submission of completed tenders: 12:00pm 6th of September 2024 Evaluation: w/c 9th of September 2024 Appointment of contractor: w/c TBC
