Notice Description

The aim of this service is to assist the Council in delivering key outcomes identified in the Long Term Care Commissioning Strategy. This will take the form of a specialist therapy intervention service for people who hoard. This service will enable people to feel emotionally supported and experience increased self-confidence and self-esteem. People will be enabled to positively change their hoarding behaviours. The key aim will result in people being able to manage risks within their properties and be able to sustain improved hoarding behaviours. The Council uses a web-based system on the South West Portal found at www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk (DueNorth) to manage quote and tender processes. New users to the system must register on this site to obtain a username and password before gaining access to the system. All interaction with the Council in respect of this requirement will be conducted through the DueNorth system.
