SCC AGC The Hope (Mental Health) Project, Epsom
Notice Description
An opportunity has arisen for an established mental health provider to take on responsibility for delivering on-site support to tenants at the Epsom Hope Project. The Epsom Hope Project is a long-standing project to meet the housing and support needs of individuals with severe and enduring mental health problems through the provision of safe, independent homes with appropriate and flexible levels of care and support. The Epsom Hope Project accommodation, owned and managed by Roseberry Housing Association, consists of six self-contained flats with shared communal areas, and is based in Helm Close, Epsom. Each tenant (known henceforth as an "Individual") living at the Hope Project has their own tenancy, and support is provided to meet their individual needs through the delivery of personalised Support Plans. Additional information: This tender is to be completed electronically using the SE Shared Services Procurement eSourcing portal. http://www.sesharedservices.org.uk/esourcing The SE Shared Services eSourcing portal provides a web-based tool that provides a simple, secure and efficient means for managing tendering and quotation activities reducing the time and effort required for both buyers and Potential Bidders. The portal clarifications and submit your bid electronically. In order to bid for this opportunity you will need to register your company on the SE Shared Services portal.
