The University is the single occupier of the Allerton Building. The building houses professional services, teaching space and a canteen on the ground floor. Robert Powell Theatre is located on the Ground Floor. The project will briefly consist of: * Protection of all retained surface finishes and building elements as required both within and outside work areas. * Asbestos removal and remediation works, including associated analytical air monitoring * Decommissioning and necessary removal of mechanical and electrical systems
