Contract end date is being withheld on grounds that release of the information would be contrary to public interest under Regulation 50(6)(a). The contract end date is variable based on production and delivery of the requirement. There are significant challenges to overcome and the end date may not be a true reflection, setting unrealistic expectation for the public and in the market. This information is also being withheld on due to commercial sensitivity under Regulation 50(6)(b) and (c) as there is significant competition to develop and bring to the market a successful vaccine. Provision of the contract term may provide valuable information to competitors that may impact negotiations or future competition in the market. Sub-contractor details are being withheld on grounds that release of the information would be contrary to public interest under Regulation 50(6)(a). This information is very sensitive given potential for targeting and disruption of the activities at the facilities which would be contrary to public interest as these activities are critical to success and delivery of the requirement.",
