Brief Description of Requirement The aim of this tender exercise is to provide clear guidance to national authorities, test houses and industry regarding acceptable levels of unavoidable heavy metal impurities, thus strengthening the safety of UK cosmetic products. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document.
