Notice Description

I am pleased to inform you that DLA Piper UK LLP has been selected for a Direct Award for the Provision of Legal Advisers in relation to property law aspects of the proposals for a new Northwest Runway at Heathrow and therefore we would like to award the contract to your organisation. The call-off contract shall commence on the 31st July 2022 and the expiry date will be 30th July 2023 for a period of 12 months. The contract value will be up to PS50,000 excluding VAT. This Direct Award is being offered under Panel RM 6179 Legal Services Panel (Lot 1) Framework and the Panel Terms and Conditions shall apply. A copy of the contract is provided with this Award Letter and includes those Panel Terms and Conditions.
