To chair a series of meetings with partners and analyse information provided by them in relation to the circumstances of the death of an individual that meets the criteria for a DHR to be completed. Then to provide reports with recommendations and lessons learned that meet the approval of the Leeds CSP and WY MAPPA Strategic Management Board.
