Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust (GSTT) has instructed a full exit from Becket House by September 2026 in line with the Estates Optimisation Programme. The programme will: * Improve estate efficiency * Support hybrid and flexible working * Reduce operational costs * Enable better use of Trust assets * Continuity of service during transition This was awarded through the NHSSBS Healthcare Planning, Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services (SBS10190)
