The site is currently occupied by two buildings; a five storey 1960's office building fronting onto Coombe Road and a two storey brick faced building located at the far west end of the site fronting onto station road. The remainder of the site is occupied by a 50 space car park. The site is bound to the North by the railway embankment, Coombe Road to the south, Station Road to the west and a neighbouring property to the east. The scope of the works is described in these tender documents. Briefly, the works include Asbestos Removal, Soft Strip including MEP and Demolition Works.
