Summary of the contracting process

The Department for Work and Pensions is currently seeking qualified coaches to enhance the leadership capabilities of their Executive Directors and Senior Leadership Team. Notice Description

We are looking to build a pool of qualified coaches from a wide range of backgrounds to work with our Executive Directors, Directors and some members of our Senior Leadership Team (Heads of Department). We require the services of coaches to assist our people to improve their leadership, their performance and that of their teams, encouraging self-reliance and enabling greater ownership and responsibility. PLEASE NOTE AN ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT HAS BEEN ADDED TO THE SPECIFICATION. THIS IS DETAILED IN THE ADDITIONAL DOCUMENT NOW ON THE REGULATOR'S PORTAL Additional information: All companies must confirm that they have registered to our e-Sourcing portal in order to tender. To do so: 1. Click on the link here: https://thepensionsregulator.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.shtml 2. Click 'Register Now' (this is only required once) 3. Accept the terms and conditions and click 'Continue' 4. Enter your business and user details 5. Note the username you chose and click 'Save' when complete 6.
