The activity outlined in the ITT was divided in to two strands: Strand 1- activity to support individuals to develop their skills to become independent end-point assessors for apprenticeships. Strand 2 - activity to support leaders/managers to develop capacity within their organisations to deliver independent end-point assessments for apprenticeships.
