Notice Description

Northumbria Police and multi-agency partners involved in the National Lottery funded SARA (Southwick Altogether Raising Aspirations) project are looking to procure suitably experienced and knowledgeable Contractor to conduct an evaluation into SARA, spanning the time period of three years. The process and impact evaluation will be used to test and refine our approach, with the aim of developing an understanding of what works and in what contexts. It is expected that the evaluation will contribute to a high level broad assessment of the development and implementation, describe the process, operations and external factors affecting delivery and assess the extent to which goals have been achieved and are sustainable.
