VEEAM is the MCA's chosen on-premise virtual technology backup solution and is implemented in both the MCA's Corporate and Blue Light Networks. Whilst the MCA hold perpetual Veeam software licensing, basic support is required to provide the MCA with access to software upgrades and 24/7 technical support. Renewal of the support of this software is therefore required for another 12 Months. This opportunity was a Further Competition run under Crown Commercial Services RM6068 framework (Technology Products and Associated Services), open to all Lot 3 suppliers.
