Supply of DiSC Services

Notice Description

DiSC credits which allow MCA to buy DiSC profiles for staff. We need roughly 6000 credits per financial year to manage the expected number of new staff (around 200). The MCA uses DiSC as a tool to improve team effectiveness. Staff receive a DiSC profile which provides insights on their style and preferences for working. Importantly staff profiles can then be compared with colleagues' profiles for helpful guidance around how to work most effectively together. We have in house trained facilitators so the majority of workshops are provided without cost. For staff to be able to participate they need to complete a DiSC profile which costs 15 credits per person. We have decided to change supplier for credits following a value for money review and survey of other market options. The Academy of High Achievers is offering a reduced bulk purchase price and greater CPD options for our MCA DiSC facilitators
