Please direct any queries and send your submission via the Health Family Single e-Commercial System' portal by the deadline of 22nd April 2022. The CCG are not liable for any costs incurred by those expressing an interest in tendering, for any future contract activity. The Commissioners are looking to secure a neuro rehabilitation service covering bed-based rehabilitation provision including therapy services, as well as community nursing provision for our population (in the region of 267,000). We are looking for providers who can mobilise a service within a short timescale or around 6 months due to the situation of the current provision. However due to the national directive regarding the integration of services, it may transpire that the long-term direction is a fully integrated South Yorkshire service. The primary aim of the service is to provide neuro rehabilitation up to Level 2b, to adults and young people from the age of 16. The service provides interdisciplinary assessment and treatment to inpatients and in the community. The model is based on healthcare providers working collaboratively as a single team, with a multidisciplinary approach, to integrate care and deliver a seamless service putting patients and their carers at the heart. If you are interested in expressing interest in this opportunity, please give an overview of how you would deliver this service as described in the service specification for the patients of Rotherham, in 2000 words or less. Please send your submission through the 'Health Family Single e-Commercial System' (Atamis) to register please follow link : https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome by the deadline of 12:00 Noon April 22nd 2022. The information you provide to NHS Rotherham CCG will be to assess interest in the market. Dependent upon the response to this PIN the authority will determine if this requirement will form the basis of a competitive procurement process. Contracts may be awarded without further publication. If a competitive procurement is to take place the CCG will simultaneously and in writing invite those organisations who have registered an interest to confirm their continuing interest. The information to be provided by NHS Rotherham CCG will include, but not be limited to the type of procurement process, the timescales, and the evaluation criteria for any future procurement process. The budget available is up to a maximum of PS1.8m per annum. The contract duration is 12 months, with the option to extend for a further 12 months
